Sr. Data Scientist – Aftersales Support Location: Franklin, TN • Full‑time (Hybrid, 4 days on‑site) • Bachelor's degree required • No sponsorship. Responsibilities Utilize statistical and machine learning methods using Python and big‑data cloud infrastructures to develop predictive and prescriptive analytics models for Aftersales support. Extract, clean, and transform data from internal and external sources; build data pipelines with SQL, Python, Snowflake, and AWS. Create advanced dashboards and reporting solutions with Power BI, SQL, and Informatica Prep. Collaborate with sales, marketing, service, and IT teams to elicit requirements, validate analytics solutions, and implement proof‑of‑concept business cases. Design and conduct experimental studies to validate hypotheses and test performance of decision systems. Monitor and track performance of deployed models and recommendation engines. Research market and dealer data to identify opportunities for new services/products that impact marketing investment and sales performance. Serve as a strategic advisor to cross‑functional teams, communicate project status, and enforce regulatory‑compliant data practices. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related field. Minimum 6 years of experience in Python, data modeling, big‑data analytics, and quantitative research. Proficiency in machine‑learning techniques, statistical analysis, forecasting, multivariate testing, and optimization algorithms. Advanced ETL skills with SQL, Python, Snowflake, and AWS to mine Aftersales insights. Strong written and oral communication and ability to translate complex findings to diverse audiences. Desired Master’s degree. Prior automotive or Aftersales service experience. Experience with dynamic pricing models. Understanding of U.S. market and dealer service operations.
