Job Overview We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive Google Ads PPC Account Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. In this role, you will be entirely responsible for the strategy, execution, tracking, and optimization of our Google Ads campaigns.

The ideal candidate will live and breathe the Google marketing ecosystem. You aren't just someone who clicks "publish" on campaigns; you are a data detective who understands how to map conversions, sync platforms perfectly, and extract actionable insights. Because this is a 100% Work from Home (WFH) opportunity, excellent self-management, strict attention to detail, and flawless English communication skills are non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: End-to-end setup, management, and optimization of Google Ads properties (Search, Display, PerformanceMax, Shopping, and YouTube).
Tracking & Conversion Setup: Create, audit, and troubleshoot advanced conversions and goals within Google Ads utilizing Google TagManager (GTM) and Google Analytics (GA4) .
Data Integration & Linking: Seamlessly link ecosystem properties, specifically ensuring proper configurations between Google SearchConsole (GSC) , Google Analytics , and Google Ads .
Reporting & Analytics: Build, maintain, and present comprehensive performance dashboards in Google Looker Studio (formerly DataStudio) to highlight ROI, CPA, and growth opportunities.
Performance Optimization: Continuous A/B testing of ad copies, landing pages, bid strategies, and audience targeting to scale account efficiency.
Account Hygiene: Maintain an uncompromising eye for detail regarding negative keyword lists, budget caps, pacing, and tracking health.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Technical Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing medium-to-large-scale Google Ads accounts.
The Technical Stack: High proficiency with Google TagManager , Google Analytics (GA4) , Google Search Console , and Google Looker/Data Studio .
Communication: Exceptional, near-native command of written and spoken English. You must be able to break down complex analytical data into clear, client-friendly updates.
Meticulous Nature: An intense attention to detail. Small errors in tracking or budget setting cost money; we need someone who double-checks everything.
Remote Work Discipline: Proven ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and deliver high-quality results under minimal supervision.
