What You’ll Do
Analyse requirements and user stories; catch gaps and inconsistencies before development starts.
Design and maintain test documentation: test cases, checklists, and bug reports.
Execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across the SWP platform.
Log, track, and verify bugs in Jira; participate in triage with the development team.
Take part in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Communicate test progress and quality status to the team clearly and proactively.
What You’ll Bring Required
1–3 years of hands‑on manual QA experience on commercial software projects.
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Practical experience writing test cases, checklists, and bug reports.
Working knowledge of Postman for API testing.
Experience with Jira for bug tracking and task management.
Analytical mindset — you think beyond happy paths and ask the right questions.
Upper‑Intermediate English for daily written and spoken communication.
Proactive attitude — you flag risks early, suggest improvements, and don’t wait to be told what to test next.
Comfortable owning your area end‑to‑end: from requirements review to release sign‑off.
Nice to Have
Basic SQL for data verification.
Familiarity with test automation concepts (we plan to introduce automation).
Experience in B2B SaaS, HRM, or workforce/HR‑tech domains.
