This is not your typical BA role.You’llbe at the forefront of digital transformation, working closely with our Product Innovation and Development teams to design and delivercutting-edgesolutions across the spatial industry. You’llplay a key role in shaping new revenue-generating products, driving automation and workflow optimisation, contributing to AI strategy, and supporting high-impact initiatives such as ERP implementation. What you'll be doing Elicit, analyse, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications Map and optimise workflows toidentifyefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities Support the delivery of digital products and automation of key processes Lead go-to-market activities, including product launches, training, and user adoption Contribute to AI strategy and innovation initiatives Support and lead ERP andinternalintranet review and implementation Analyse operational and financial data to inform strategic decision-making Develop testing plans and ensure high-quality product delivery Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to drive outcomes Desired Skills and Experience What you bring to the table You’rea proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.You’reequally comfortable diving into technical detail as you are presenting ideas to stakeholders. You’llalso have: Tertiaryqualificationswithin the relevant business or technology field, or equivalent work experience in the software/product industry. Formal qualification in Business Process Engineering (BPE) or Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt minimum). Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), orSAFeequivalent. Qualifications inProductManagement,EnterpriseArchitectureFrameworks and applied AI or Cloud Strategyare desirablebut not essential.
