Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree
• PMP certification is required.
• Minimum of five years of people, leadership experience, managing a team of professional project managers, architects, developers, and other various IT related roles associated with project and program delivery
• Proven and demonstrated experience in managing and implementing corporate IT solutions in the areas of HR, finance, supply, legal, security, etc.
• Deep functional understanding of HR solutions and associated business processes
• Experience in various project implementation, methodologies, and system development lifecycle
• Experience in managing a large portfolio IT projects well as large individual projects in the $10 million range
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
