DINING FOOD SERVICES MANAGER

As a Retail Dining Services Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of three retail outlets, including a pizza station, deli station, and coffee kiosk. You will lead a team of 8 associates and drive service excellence, operational efficiency, and sales performance across retail locations generating over $650,000 in annual revenue. This role focuses exclusively on retail food operations, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, strong merchandising, and consistent execution of brand standards.

Essential duties and responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of three retail outlets, ensuring smooth, efficient, and customer-focused service; managing and developing a team of 8 associates, including scheduling, training, and performance management; driving retail sales initiatives and supporting revenue growth across all locations with annual sales exceeding $650,000; assisting with budgeting, cost control, and basic profit and loss management for retail operations; partnering with culinary teams to ensure product quality, consistency, and appealing presentation; collaborating with marketing to implement promotions, merchandising strategies, and new product offerings to increase sales; maintaining compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards; monitoring inventory levels, ordering, and waste control to optimize operational efficiency; ensuring all retail concepts align with company vision and customer expectations; and performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications include 2+ years of food service or retail management experience, experience in high-volume retail food operations preferred, basic culinary knowledge and food preparation experience, understanding of food trends, quality standards, sanitation, and cost controls, strong leadership, communication, and team development skills, financial and operational management skills, including budgeting and cost awareness, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), ServSafe Certification preferred, and an associate's degree preferred.
