Senior Property Manager

RETS Associates has been retained by our client, a privately held, family-owned real estate firm, to recruit a senior leasing and property manager in Hayward, CA. This is a full-time on-site role to oversee the day-to-day leasing and property operations of the company's commercial real estate portfolio consisting of approximately 500,000 square feet, consisting primarily of office, industrial, retail, and multifamily assets. The role will be responsible for maintaining high occupancy through hands-on new and renewal leasing, strong tenant relationships, and efficient property operations, while working closely with ownership on performance and key initiatives. This is a highly visible, hands-on role within a small, team-oriented organization, offering direct interaction with ownership and the opportunity to grow into broader responsibilities over time.

• 8+ years of commercial property management experience (office, industrial, retail preferred)
• Experience negotiating new and renewal leases required
• Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Yardi) and Microsoft Office
• California Broker's License preferred, or willingness to obtain

Compensation: Base salary range of $145K+ DOE, plus discretionary bonus.
