This is a hands-on role designed for a high-potential HR professional who thrives in execution today while building the skills, judgment, and business acumen needed to lead in the future.
What You'll Do (Core Ownership):
- Manage day-to-day HR operations across benefits, leave administration (FMLA/CFRA), HRIS, and employee lifecycle
- Support full-cycle recruiting and onboarding initiatives
- Assist with performance management and compensation cycles
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Partner on employee relations and provide thoughtful, discreet HR guidance
- Identify process improvements and help scale HR programs as the organization evolves
- 3-5+ years of progressive HR experience (Generalist, HR Ops, or HR Admin stepping up)
- Strong foundation in benefits, employee relations, and HR operations
- Comfortable being hands-on while learning strategic HR concepts
- Demonstrates long-term career ambition in HR leadership
- High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and strong communication skills
- Highly organized with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Designed for someone who wants to progress into an HR Manager/Director role over time
- Approachable demeanor with strong employee relationship building
- Comes from financial, banking, or small business less than 500 employees.

Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $165,000.00 per year
