Seeking a Senior QA Lead to drive quality across a large AWS‑based modernisation programme.
This is a hands‑on leadership role - setting QA direction, embedding automation, and confidently challenging stakeholders and delivery teams.
Tech:
AWS (Kubernetes), Java / Spring Boot, React, GitLab CI/CD, Playwright, OWASP, Gatling
Role:
Lead QA strategy and delivery across multiple teams Drive automation and modern QA practices Embed repeatable frameworks and standards Own test planning, risk, and reporting Provide hands‑on support and challenge where needed
You:
Senior QA / Test Lead in AWS / cloud environments Experience with Java and React applications Strong automation and CI/CD knowledge Confident pushing back and influencing at senior levelOnboarding expected to take up to 4 weeks max - candidates must be ready to deliver quickly.
