Bilingual Customer Experience Manager

4 Corner Resources is seeking a Bilingual Customer Experience Manager for a fast-paced airport car rental operation in Orlando, FL. This role is responsible for overseeing daily front-line operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a high-volume, hospitality-driven environment.

The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and thrives in fast-paced settings similar to Disney, hospitality, or luxury service environments. This is a hands-on leadership role focused heavily on customer satisfaction, service recovery, and team support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the rental process
  • Greet customers professionally and resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Support daily operations across rental, return, shuttle, and customer service teams
  • Monitor customer activity and operational flow using company systems and iPads
  • Handle customer escalations and provide service recovery solutions
  • Lead by example to maintain strong team morale and customer satisfaction scores
  • Assist with operational needs across the property in a hands-on leadership capacity
Required Qualifications
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, rental car, hotel, retail, or other fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication, leadership, and de-escalation skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
  • Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules
  • High-energy, outgoing, and customer-first personality
  • Basic computer and technology proficiency required
