Athletic Trainer (ATC) Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | Variable SchedulePosition Summary: Columbus Community Hospital is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Athletic Trainer to provide comprehensive athletic training services to High School Students. This role focuses on injury prevention, assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation to support student-athletes in safely returning to competition. Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site athletic training services for Twin River High School athletic programs Conduct injury assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans Assist athletes in achieving rehabilitation goals and safely returning to competition Maintain accurate and timely injury documentation and medical records Coordinate and secure necessary assistive equipment and supplies for athlete care Collaborate with coaches, physicians, and healthcare providers to ensure quality care Qualifications: Certification by the National Athletic Trainers' Association Board of Certification (NATA-BOC) Current State of Nebraska licensure as an Athletic Trainer (ATC) Strong knowledge of injury prevention, evaluation, and rehabilitation techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
