As a Medical Assistant, you'll work side by side with our nursing team to welcome, support and care for individuals in the clinic and short-term treatment setting. Your compassion, professionalism and ability to create a safe, respectful environment will help people feel seen, heard and supported during some of their most challenging moments. In this hands-on role, you'll use a trauma-informed, person- centered approach while gathering vital signs, documenting medical histories, and assisting with admissions and ongoing care. You will collaborate closely with nurses, medical providers and internal care teams to ensure every individual receives high quality support. If you enjoy variety, you will appreciate the opportunity to be cross trained across multiple programs and settings, allowing you to expand your skills while making a meaningful impact on the lives of others. Minimum Education:High School diploma or GED
Preferences: Bilingual a plus. 1 year experience as a Medical Assistant
License/Certifications: Medical Assistant Certificate from CMA, RMA, CCMA, or NRCMA/NAHP
