*Duties*
* Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments, ensuring optimal oral health for each patient
* Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, vital signs, and current dental conditions to inform treatment plans
* Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote lifelong oral health habits
* Assist with chairside procedures such as taking dental radiographs and intra-oral pictures. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using Eaglesoft, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
* Follow strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to safeguard patient safety and prevent cross-contamination
* Collaborate with dentists and other team members to coordinate patient care, review documentation, and ensure seamless treatment delivery.

*Requirements*
* Valid state licensure as a Dental Hygienist with current CPR certification
* Proven experience in general dentistry or dental clinic environments with proficiency in dental terminology and anatomy knowledge
* Familiarity with EMR systems such as Eaglesoft.
* Strong understanding of infection control practices, aseptic techniques, and sterilization procedures
* Ability to perform four-handed dentistry techniques to maximize efficiency during procedures
* Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach
* Knowledge of medical terminology, vital signs monitoring, and medical records management to support comprehensive patient assessment

Pay: $43.69 - $45.00 per hour
