This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated, board-certified Physician Assistant to step into an autonomous outpatient role within a busy, well-respected breast care practice, working alongside a collaborative clinical team and supported by the full resources of a robust health system network.

• Join an established team of 2 physicians and 1 APP
• Call structure: None
• Practice setting: Outpatient
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system
• NCCPA board certification
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
• Guide patients through their care journey from initial consultation to post-operative follow-ups, delivering the clinical expertise and emotional reassurance vital for breast health journeys.
• Manage an independent outpatient caseload of 15–17 patients per day, serving as their dedicated, primary point of contact during clinic hours
• Previous Breast Surgery Experience Preferred: Bring prior clinical experience from a breast surgery or breast health environment to smoothly transition into this specialized patient panel
