We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assisted Living Executive Director with proven success in senior living sales.

Salary : $70,000-$83,000 annually, based on experience, with a competitive bonus structure
Schedule : Full-time

Executive Director Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate strong leadership, with experience in senior living sales and case management

  • Exercise exceptional independent judgment to fulfill a full range of job functions, including but not limited to sales, resident care, staff management, and finance

  • Ensure that residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere that recognizes individual needs and rights

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff at all levels throughout the community

  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained to meet the needs of the community and comply with state guidelines

  • Demonstrate solid performance management skills, including the ability to communicate performance expectations clearly

Executive Director Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role

  • Experience in program management, case management, and sales

  • Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field preferred

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred

  • Exceptional business skills, with a strong focus on marketing and an understanding of census and quality assurance goals

  • Compassion and a desire to work with the elderly
