Part Time Corporate Receptionist Temporary Here at Osborne, we are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist who has a minimum of 2-3 years experience working in a similar role. This position with suit someone who considers themselves to be professional and personable and enjoys delivering the best level of customer service experience to clients and customers. You will enjoy multi-tasking and dealing with people in a face-to-face role. The successful candidate will be required to work part-time, 5 days mornings or evenings. Only candidates with 1 years professional services receptionist experience can be considered. For You: Location:Dublin 4 Salary:€16 per hour Duties of the Role: Greet clients and visitors to the business Answer all incoming calls and recording messages and using a switchboard Maintain reception area and meeting room Setting up IT equipment for meetings. Organise incoming and outgoing deliveries Printing / photocopying / scanning / filing / binding.
