Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in presales, solutions engineering, or consulting within SaaS or enterprise software Strong experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) Working knowledge of Agile, ITSM, and/or DevOps practices Experience designing and presenting solutions that connect technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced environment
