Branch Manager

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hatsleading a team, serving customers, managing inventory, and growing sales. If you have experience in distribution, HVAC, appliance parts, industrial supply, or wholesale operations, you'll feel right at home.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, and logistics
• Coach, develop, and motivate a team to achieve performance goals
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers
• Drive local sales growth and expand market share
• Manage branch profitability and operational performance
• Ensure inventory accuracy and product availability
• Resolve customer and employee concerns professionally
• Maintain a safe, organized, and customer-focused work environment
• Partner with company leadership to achieve branch goals and initiatives

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of management experience in distribution, wholesale, retail, HVAC, appliance parts, or a related industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with inventory management and branch operations
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for developing people
• Ability to analyze business performance and drive results
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a warehouse and retail environment
• Must live within 60 miles of the branch location
