What you will be doing:
Job Summary / Purpose
The Sales Operations Manager oversees day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and service, with a strong focus on order lifecycle management and continuous improvement. This role ensures operational stability across people, processes, and platforms while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and technical teams to protect revenue and customer experience.
Who you will work with:
This role partners closely with cross-functional teams including Enterprise Applications (EA), Finance, Sales, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), IT, and Product teams. The position also manages and develops a geographically distributed operations team.
Key Responsibilities and Duties Own daily operational performance across order processing, renewals, and system integrations Monitor alerts, exceptions, and system failures and ensure timely resolution Ensure adherence to SLAs, internal controls, and compliance requirements Lead operational processes within ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) Partner with IT and Product teams to improve system reliability, automation, and data quality Translate operational issues into clear technical requirements for system enhancements Manage, coach, and develop a geographically distributed operations team Establish performance expectations and drive accountability across the team Identify recurring issues and lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Improve cross-functional workflows between Sales, Operations, Finance, and technical teams Provide clear and actionable reporting to leadership on operational performance Serve as escalation point for complex operational or system-related issues What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in operations, order management, or system-driven environments Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM platforms (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365) Proven ability to manage operational incidents and cross-functional escalations Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SaaS, technology, manufacturing, or distribution operations Familiarity with system integrations, data flows, and operational controls Experience leading teams across multiple time zones Essential Functions of the Job
