Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide direct and indirect nursing care to residents. - Assign, direct, and supervise resident care activities performed by CNAs. - Administer prescribed medications and treatments, documenting changes in residents' conditions. - Communicate effectively with healthcare team members, residents, and families regarding care. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care activities. - Attend meetings and educational sessions as required.
