Program Manager

Join nVent Management Company as a Program Manager where you will support planning, execution, and coordination of high-reaching programs and large cross-functional projects. You Have:

  • Ideally 3-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ideally 2+ years in project/program management preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • General knowledge of material flow, planning, scheduling, supply management/purchasing, inventory, costing, shipping/receiving, NAFTA, export, and ISO quality procedures.
  • Strong customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects, with outstanding organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of project management frameworks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present views clearly.
  • Foundational analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with tools like Excel, MS Project, Power BI, Planner, Jira, or similar.
  • Knowledge of plant operations, suppliers, engineering, and personnel responsibilities.
  • Skill in conflict resolution and effective solution implementation.
  • Ability to adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Ability to work out of our Anoka, MN office at least 4 days a week, with 1 day from a home office optional.

Pay Transparency nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range: $89,300.00 - $165,800.00 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
