Assistant General Manager

The manager assists the general manager in maximizing the caf/restaurant's operations and profitability by providing service excellence through the management and development of the caf/restaurant team. This position ensures successful execution of all company standards and supports the general manager in achieving sales and profitability targets while ensuring company expectations are met and exceeded.
