Part-Time Front Desk Associate Evening Availability Needed

A SPENGA Manager is a positive, energetic, and efficient individual who warmly welcomes and supports our members while ensuring the studio runs smoothly. We are especially looking for someone with evening availability to help lead the team and create an excellent member experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience is preferred
• Willingness to learn and adapt to our exciting fitness philosophy
• Motivation and drive
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Availability for evening shifts is strongly preferred (4:30pm-8:30pm)
• Experience and/or certifications in personal training, group training, spin, and yoga are a plus

Responsibilities:

• Call, text, and email to follow up with leads to drive conversions and re-engage prospects
• Sell memberships and retail
• Meet and exceed sales and retention expectations
• Retain and increase client participation
• Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes (with a focus on evening session preparation)
• Maintain a clean facility
• Promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio
• Attend mandatory, monthly all-staff meetings
