Working remotely in a full-time temporary capacity, the Sales Operation Analyst will create user test scenarios, conduct testing for broker and consumer sites, and provide administrative support for Product Activation while adhering to EST hours. Key responsibilities:
Create and document user test scenarios and results for various sites Update reference charts and administrative materials to support Product Activation Provide daily administrative support, including data entry and coordination with cross-functional partners
Required qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years experience in user testing, quality assurance testing, or system validation activities Experience creating, updating, or maintaining documentation and reference materials General knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through
