Supporting Senior Account Executives in a remote capacity, the full-time Sales Assistant will manage broker relationships, assist with training and onboarding, and ensure communication and follow-up with loan officers. Key responsibilities
Manage and update lists of loan officers, ensuring they have necessary logins and access to marketing announcements Train loan officers and processors on company systems while providing ongoing support and communication Conduct regular outreach to loan officers and assist with scheduling meetings for Senior Account Executives
Required qualifications
Experience in the mortgage industry Bachelor's degree in Sales or Finance 2+ years of experience as a sales assistant Proficiency with computer systems, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
