Job Title: QA Lead, 2nd Shift Employee Type: Full time Location: Manawa, WI, Receiving & Bldg 30 Compensation: $29.87 per hour (full-time permanent) Core hours: 1:45 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., Monday - Friday Responsibilities Manage daily workflow, schedules, and task assignments to support production needs. Provide coverage as necessary. Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards through audits and documentation. Train, coach, and support employees on FS&Q and safety procedures. Drive improvements using CI tools and track/report performance metrics and conduct audits. Promote safe work practices and assist with issue resolution. Qualifications 6–12 months of employee training, coaching, or leadership experience preferred. 1–3 years of Food Safety & Quality (FS&Q) or related experience.
