JAC Builders is hiring a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing Tampa, FL team. We are looking for someone who is confident, personable, competitive, and comfortable working in a sales environment where effort directly impacts earning potential. This role is a strong fit for someone with experience in roofing, home improvement, door-to-door sales, hospitality, or the service industry.
What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners to discuss roofing, storm restoration, and exterior improvement needs.
Generate and follow up on leads through canvassing, referrals, networking, and company-supported opportunities.
Conduct exterior inspections and help identify potential storm or roof damage.
Educate homeowners on JAC Builders’ services, process, and available solutions.
Build trust with homeowners through strong communication and follow-through.
Coordinate with internal team members, closers, project managers, and leadership.
Maintain accurate notes and pipeline updates.
Work evenings and Saturdays as needed to meet homeowners when they are available.
Represent JAC Builders professionally in the Tampa Bay market.
What We’re Looking For
Sales, canvassing, roofing, home improvement, pest control, hospitality, bartending, or service industry experience preferred.
Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face.
Strong communication and follow‑up skills.
Self‑motivated and goal‑driven.
Comfortable working outdoors and in the field.
Able to handle rejection and stay consistent.
Reliable transportation required.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
Must be professional, dependable, and coachable.
