Über

As the founding Lead Business Intelligence Developer, the full-time remote position will define and build the company's reporting and analytics framework, focusing on Power BI models, metric definitions, and provider-facing reporting, while collaborating closely with revenue cycle teams and clients.
Key responsibilities
Own the end-to-end semantic layer, creating Power BI models on Databricks and Fabric for performance and trust
Define and standardize key metrics such as AR days and denial rates to ensure consistent reporting across teams and clients
Build engaging and reliable provider-facing reports and internal analytics to support operational efficiency and automation measurement
Required qualifications
8+ years of experience in BI/analytics with strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, and semantic modeling
Experience with healthcare claims and payer data, including familiarity with 835/837 transactions
Proficient in SQL and experienced with lakehouse or modern warehouse technologies like Databricks or Fabric
Proven track record of developing reporting relied upon by external clients or executives
Experience in revenue cycle operations or building a BI function is a plus
