This role offers the ideal balance of a high-functioning medical home with the expansive resources of a regional leader. You will step into a busy clinic with an established patient panel, long-term clinic staff, and the advanced technological support of an academic health network.
Practice Highlights:
- Flexible FTE (0.5-1.0 FTE): Full-time (1.0 FTE) is defined as 35 patient contact hours plus 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly.
- Optimal Schedule: Clinic hours are Monday Friday, 7:00 am 5:00 pm. Flexible 4 or 4.5-day workweeks are available.
- Advanced Efficiency: Fully integrated Epic EMR with DAX Copilot (AI documentation) and Dragon dictation tools to streamline your workflow.
- Smart Call Rotation: Balanced 1:10 phone-only call outside normal hours. All calls are pre-screened by a nurse triage team, protecting your personal time.
- Established Team: Join a collegial group consisting of 1 Physician and 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) with a robust nursing and administrative infrastructure.
Compensation & Comprehensive Benefits:
- Income Stability : Two-year salary guarantee followed by a transition to a high-earning, production-based model in year three, keeping a base salary.
