We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Scrum Master with strong QA process understanding to lead Agile ceremonies, improve team collaboration, and ensure high-quality software delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with QA, Development, Product, and DevOps teams to drive sprint execution, remove blockers, and maintain quality standards throughout the SDLC. Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies:
Daily Stand-ups Sprint Planning Sprint Reviews Retrospectives
Coordinate closely with QA and Engineering teams to ensure quality deliverables. Track sprint progress, defects, test execution, and release readiness. Remove impediments impacting QA and development activities. Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritization. Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and QA processes. Monitor sprint metrics, velocity, defect leakage, and QA KPIs. Support test planning, UAT coordination, and release management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Agile teams. Maintain project dashboards and status reporting in Agile tools. Required Skills
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience working with QA teams and software testing processes. Knowledge of:
Manual Testing Automation Testing Defect Lifecycle Regression & UAT processes
Experience with Agile/project management tools:
Jira Azure DevOps Confluence
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and priorities. Experience with reporting dashboards and sprint analytics. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. 5–10 years of experience in Agile project delivery or Scrum Master role. Prior QA or testing experience preferred. Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) preferred. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SaaS or enterprise applications. Understanding of CI/CD and release processes. Familiarity with automation tools such as:
Selenium Cypress
Experience handling distributed/offshore teams. Key Competencies
