Track sales staff annual sales goals Establish a new hire training program agenda in conjunction with D.M. Create, compile, and build quotes for prospective sales/jobs Proficiency with MS office suite required Multitasker, detail oriented, and organizational skill set required Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics and code of conduct Maintain contact with all current and potential customers in the marketing area ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
