Job Description NOW HIRING: Sales Manager – $60,000–$75,000+ Earning Potential
Climate Experts is looking for a Home Depot Lead Generation Supervisor who owns the program, develops the team, and drives results every single week. This role involves overseeing a lead‑generation program across five Home Depot locations and building a high‑performing team.

The Role You will oversee our lead‑generation program across five Home Depot locations in Palm Bay, Melbourne, North Melbourne, Sebastian, and Vero Beach. You are not just managing a team—you are building one. You will train, coach, and hold your lead generators accountable while stepping in on the floor yourself when needed.
What You'll Own
Team Leadership and Development
Recruit, train, and develop Home Depot lead generators across all five locations
Run regular trainings to keep the team sharp, motivated, and consistent
Hold team members accountable to performance standards
Conduct regular store visits and floor observations to coach in real time
Handle performance improvement plans and team accountability conversations as needed
Program Performance
Own the KPIs—booked leads, ran leads, conversion rates, and revenue contribution
Track and report weekly performance across all five locations
Attend required Home Depot program meetings and represent Climate Experts professionally
Build and maintain strong relationships with Home Depot store leadership at each location
Identify opportunities to grow the program and maximize our presence in store
Lead Generation
Lead by example on the floor—engage customers, explain our services, and set appointments
Coach your team on how to start conversations, create urgency, and generate referrals
Drive results across all five locations and hold the standard high every week
What We are Looking For
Supervisory or team‑lead experience—managing people before and performing well
Sales experience—engaging strangers and turning conversations into appointments
Outgoing, energetic, and self‑motivated personality
Reliable transportation to visit all five store locations regularly
Comfortable on your feet for 4 to 8 hours at a time
Strong communication and customer service skills
Weekend and holiday availability required
Ability to pass a background check
No HVAC experience required—training provided
Schedule This role requires weekend and holiday availability. Store coverage across five locations means flexibility and reliability are a must.
