What You’ll Do:
Lead and inspire: Manage the day‑to‑day operations of our data management team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high‑quality deliverables and exceptional client service.
Be the data expert: Oversee data processing, quality control, and delivery, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
Build strong client relationships: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs, provide expert consultation, and deliver tailored data solutions that exceed expectations.
Drive innovation: Identify and analyze market trends, research new data sources, and contribute to the development of innovative data products and services.
Champion continuous improvement: Analyze and optimize team workflows, identify opportunities for increased efficiency and accuracy, and champion the adoption of new technologies and best practices.
What You’ll Bring:
Technical Expertise: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 5–7 years of experience working with secondary data for marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industries.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, set clear goals, delegate effectively, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Data Management Prowess: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, working knowledge of SQL, and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools like MicroStrategy or Tableau.
Client‑Centric Approach: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Passion for Healthcare: A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a desire to make a meaningful impact through data‑driven solutions.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $70k to $140k. Individual compensation varies based on job‑related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
