Job Description What You Will Do at ODM:
Configure user access, roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure secure and appropriate system access.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements to optimize functionality.
Support various phases of testing, including system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Perform data management activities (e.g., migration, cleansing).
Develop customized reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
Participate in release management processes to ensure high quality deployments.
Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to continually enhance ODM’s Salesforce environment.

Basic understanding of Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, validation rules, flows).
Interest in growing developer skills, including Apex, Lightning components, and SDLC processes.

Qualifications 48 months combined work experience in any combination of designing and performing systems analysis, developing and/or modifying programs for computer applications, recommending application solutions, testing and correcting programs, and assisting with documentation, including 12 months work experience in the primary technology specified by the agency position description and job posting.
OR completion of an associate core program in computer science or information systems; 30 months combined work experience in any combination of designing and performing systems analysis, developing and/or modifying programs for computer applications, recommending application solutions, testing and correcting programs, and assisting with documentation, including 12 months work experience in the primary technology specified by the agency position description and job posting.
OR completion of an undergraduate core program in computer science or information systems; 24 months combined work experience in any combination of designing and performing systems analysis, developing and/or modifying programs for computer applications, recommending application solutions, testing and correcting programs, and assisting with documentation, including 12 months work experience in the primary technology specified by the agency position description and job posting.
OR equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment noted above. Supplemental Information The Ohio Department of Medicaid does not provide employment-based visa sponsorship.
May be required to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Required to carry a cellular phone as assigned. Required to work occasional overtime as assigned.
