Position of Citrix System Administrator within the IT department. This role involves supporting, maintaining, and optimizing Citrix virtualization environments across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities Support, maintain, and optimize the Citrix virtualization environment, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud, Citrix ADC, and related Windows-based infrastructure. Ensure stable and secure access to enterprise applications, supporting business continuity and innovation. Collaborate across IT domains such as automation, server administration, virtualization, storage, security, and cloud technologies, with an emphasis on Citrix environments. Qualifications Associate degree in IT or related field (or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree). Experience with server hardware (Cisco UCS preferred) and Windows/Linux operating systems. Familiarity with scripting and automation tools. Intermediate proficiency with Citrix Studio, Director, and Workspace Environment Management (WEM). Familiarity with Citrix licensing, image management, and user profile handling. Preferred Qualifications Citrix Certified Associate (CCA‑V). Server+, A+, or equivalent certifications. Location Joplin, Missouri (Freeman Health System). Benefits Health, vision, dental insurance.
