Job Overview
Location : 4 days in‑office per week at our facility in Garden Grove, CA, with full‑time hours (40 hours a week).
Duration : 11‑14 weeks (Sep 8 to Dec 11 OR Sep 21 to Dec 4).
Relocation Support : $1,000 relocation stipend for interns residing more than 50 miles from Garden Grove, CA.
Compensation : $25‑35 USD per hour.
Job Summary We are currently seeking an ambitious Business & Analytical student to join our Central Production team. As an intern, you will have various opportunities to contribute to improving our systems & processes at the company. The primary responsibilities for this position will be ensuring our systems are running smoothly & are ready for scale. The role also offers the opportunity to build valuable experience at a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup during a critical early product development stage.
What You'll Do
Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and document system requirements.
System Analysis: Analyze existing data and reporting, identify issues, and propose improvements or new solutions.
Testing and Implementation: Test and implement new or updated systems, ensuring they meet requirements and function correctly.
Documentation and Training: Document system functionality, procedures, and changes, and provide training to users.
Collaboration: Work with IT teams, business users, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless system implementation and support.
What You'll Bring
Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program or higher in Business Administration and/or Data Analytics.
Work authorized in the United States or ability to obtain J-1/F-1 visa.
Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify issues, and propose effective solutions.
Technical skills: Knowledge of software development processes, database management, and other relevant technologies.
