Serve as a Senior Business Analyst supporting Life and Annuity, Digital, workflow, and CRM (Salesforce) initiatives. Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements. Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders within the financial services industry. Apply agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) to manage and deliver project requirements. Lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations for various stakeholders. Provide strong analytical insight and project management leadership throughout project lifecycles. Ensure clear, concise, and effective communication through excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Leverage Business Analyst certifications (CBAP, BABOK) as an asset, if applicable. Operate onsite at the Golden Valley, MN office 3 days per week, with potential contract extension.
