We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our organization by analyzing and interpreting data to identify business trends and opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving business processes. Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify business trends and opportunities Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights to management Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and provide data‑driven recommendations for improvement Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential areas for growth and expansion Assist in the development and implementation of new business strategies and initiatives Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business processes and make recommendations for improvement Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field 2+ years of experience in business analysis or data analysis Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis Knowledge of healthcare industry and/or pediatric care is a plus Benefits Competitive salary Comprehensive health benefits package 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Collaborative and positive work environment
