Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data integration processes
Transform and optimize large data sets for reporting, analytics, and operational use
Develop and support high-performance data models, algorithms, and production data processes
Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions
Ensure system scalability, reliability, security, and overall data quality
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related performance and processing issues
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve existing infrastructure
Integrate modern data management tools and technologies into current systems
Maintain documentation and follow established change management and quality assurance processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or data transformation processes
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server, and AWS platforms
Experience with programming and scripting languages such as Python
Proven experience working with large and complex datasets
Understanding of data modeling, metadata management, and database schema design
