Job Description As a TruGreen Field Sales Representative, you’ll be the welcoming face out in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners face-to-face to introduce them to the benefits of personalized lawn care solutions. Equipped with expertise, enthusiasm, and commitment to TruGreen’s proven Sales Playbook, you’ll provide tailored services right at their doorsteps, turning casual interactions into lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities Engage with homeowners face-to-face, understand their needs, and deliver custom lawn care solutions that build trust and satisfaction. Connect, educate, and earn business through door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and positivity. Customize sales messaging to match the unique lawn care needs of each household. Turn "just looking" into signed contracts using proven sales methodology and processes. Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and follow‑through. Cross‑sell and upsell with precision, showing customers how to level up their lawns. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are highly valued. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills—both small talk and closing conversations. Solid time‑management skills and a self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices. Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors. Fluent speaking, reading, and writing in English. Must be physically located in the United States while performing this job. Perks & Benefits Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions; earnings grow with every sale.
