Job Title Counter Sales Associate
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to walk‑in, phone, and will call customers.
Process orders, quote prices, enter orders into the system, and provide order information. Pull orders as required.
Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policy to customers.
Demonstrate knowledge of products and applications; provide technical advice, troubleshoot, and resolve customer problems.
Upsell by identifying related products, add‑on extensions, and informing customers of product promotions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated success in providing excellent customer service.
Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle.
Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
Spanish language proficiency.
Pay Range (California) $19.40–$25.80 hourly
