About the role As a Senior Backend Engineer in the Cloud Vendor team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and fortifying cloud coverage in Orca. Responsibilities Write clean, concise code that is stabled, extensible, and unit-tested appropriately Diagnose complex issues, evaluate, recommend and execute the best solution Enhance and develop expertise in various cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP Implement new requirements within our Agile delivery methodology while following our established architectural principles Provide input into the architecture and design of the product; collaborating with the team in solving problems the right way Test software to ensure proper and efficient execution and adherence to business and technical requirements Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant experience Knowledge/Experience designing and implementing data-intensive systems Experience in working with at least one cloud vendor from the list: AWS, Azure, GCP Solid understanding of concurrency, synchronization, memory management, data structures, algorithms, etc. Self-motivated and passionate attitude Ability to prioritize and organize effectively Solid analytical and troubleshooting abilities Team player mindset and a great sense of humor Nice to have Experience in designing and implementing solutions in micro-service approach Knowledge of more than one cloud vendors from the list: AWS, Azure, GCP Strong experience working with Kubernetes, Helm Understanding of IaC approach and experience in working with IaC providers Position is open to candidates in Poland. You need to have a residence permit or another valid document allowing work in Poland. Thank you!
