Position Summary The Territory Sales Associate is responsible for supporting the sales efforts of the Pulmonary Sales Executive within the assigned region. This support involves developing and expanding sales and driving adoption in existing and new accounts assuring sales goals are met, and customer needs are satisfied.
This individual will build relationships with healthcare providers, health systems, and key accounts while serving as the primary commercial contact in the territory.
Responsibilities
Educate physicians and staff to drive utilization and adoption.
Call on academic and key community target accounts to expand adoption and opportunities.
Develop business plan that includes targeting activities, support programs and other tools needed to achieve sales goals.
Track activities through CRM and follow-up with customers as required.
Serve as a key customer interface to the sales team.
Other duties as assigned.
Competency Requirements
Motivated self-starter who is also a team player.
Strategic thinker who can also implement tactical plans.
Ability to understand and explain the technology and science behind our diagnostic test.
Attention to detail and quality.
Demonstrated ability to onboard clients, close sales and follow up with existing clients.
Strong written/verbal communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Hubspot.
Education And Experience
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of hitting quotas.
Medical, Diagnostic or Clinical selling experience a strong plus.

Field-based role.
Approximately 50–70% travel within the assigned territory.
