Job Summary Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst II to focus on securing funding through detailed state grant applications as part of the Broadband, Equity, Access, and Development program. The candidate must have 4-6 years of experience in corporate strategy or business administration, with a preference for experience in public administration or government-funded projects. The role demands strong project ownership, an ability to navigate complex bureaucratic processes, and the capability to lead and direct the work of others.
Key Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and complete government grant proposals efficiently.
Coordinate closely with stakeholders to draft responses and secure approval for each application.
Demonstrate strong leadership in managing project goals and contributing creatively to meet objectives.
Assist in detailed state grant applications to support funding efforts.
Lead and direct the work of others, if necessary, to accomplish project goals.
Must-Have Skills
Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities.
Proficiency in Excel and Word Document creation and management.
Strong experience and judgment in planning and achieving project goals.
Industry Experience Required
Experience working within corporate strategy, business administration, or related area with involvement in public administration or government-funded projects is preferred.
