Über
Ensure residents are ready for scheduled appointments outside of the facility. Assist residents to the loading area and assist with loading residents/patients in the transport vehicle. Notify appropriate staff of resident/patient complaints/requests. Communicate with residents/patients, family, visitors and staff. Manage and operate equipment safely and correctly. This includes the wheelchair lift and seatbelts for wheelchairs. Observe/report any change in resident/patient condition or immediate environment to the Nurse. Obtain heights, weights and vitals signs. Direct and assist residents/patients in transfers and range of motion activities. Requirements:
Must have current CNA certification REQUIREMENTS
