We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to collaborate with cross-functional teams in analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements for financial technology products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, financial services, and data analysis, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and mitigating risk. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Product Management and other stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements. Translate business and functional requirements into actionable items for Agile development teams. Lead requirements gathering sessions for moderately complex functionalities and reporting needs. Document user acceptance test cases (UAT) and perform UAT activities. Develop a strong understanding of business and technical product architecture. Coordinate between Operations, Solutions, Product, and Development teams to identify and implement technology-based solutions. Support initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency, improving accuracy, and reducing risk. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role. Experience in Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Teams. Experience in data analysis with a working knowledge of SQL. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple deliverables with a focus on quality and timeliness. Experience in financial services, particularly in Asset Management or Wealth Management. Preferred Qualifications Prior exposure to the FinTech industry. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Positive and team-oriented approach to problem-solving. Curiosity and critical thinking skills to identify and implement process improvements.
