Key Responsibilities
Be the go‑to resource for customers, addressing their needs with creative problem‑solving and follow‑through
Build strong, long‑term customer relationships within your territory to deliver solutions
Represent the ASCO brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer‑first attitude (We’re On It!)
Proactively identify sales opportunities through outreach and follow‑upEducate customers on equipment through product presentations/demos
Use CRM tools to document and manage sales activities, ensuring timely follow‑up and excellent customer satisfaction
Work closely with Sales Managers and support teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and deliveryStay up‑to‑date on equipment and industry knowledge and monitor industry to maintain a competitive edge
