The Branch Sales Manager supports a branch in attaining sales goals and branch revenue objectives. They are responsible for improving the productivity of the assigned group of sales colleagues for residential products and services and provide mentoring and coaching to field sales professionals to maximize performance within their defined market.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Hire, onboard, train, manage & engage team of frontline sales colleagues in designated area
Support collaboration between Sales and Operations within territory, aligning goals and driving performance
Lead weekly meetings to monitor performance and facilitate skill development
Provide ongoing technical training on services offered in the assigned territory as needed
Facilitate weekly, monthly, and quarterly one‑on‑one debriefs to improve communication and training needs
Ensure the team meets or exceeds activity standards and selected KPIs to reach sales targets
Set a strong example for personal character, commitment, organization, selling skills, and work habits
Monitor progress against revenue objectives; jointly accountable with Operations for APITDA realization
Monitor sales start rates through key relationship with Operational Leadership
Serve as steward of the RentokilTerminix business model to ensure company programs and initiatives are delivered with excellence at the branch level
Coach and develop the team for growth and development
Plan, organize and order any job‑related items for new hires
Identify opportunities for improvement with new hires and provide constructive feedback
Communicate team training needs for continuous improvement
Increase unit sales by implementing, teaching, and enforcing company sales practices
Work in the field daily, maintaining minimum sales activity requirements
Monitor sales programs and ensure proper use of sales materials and inventory
Provide an excellent management example and quality image

Required Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public
Ability to perform basic business mathematics and analyze sales data
Ability to acquire licenses/certificates as required by federal, state or local agencies
Minimum Educational Level / Certifications
At least one year of Rentokil Terminix experience in designated field with RTX
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Maintain licenses/certificates per federal, state, and local regulations
Valid driver’s license from state of residence
Physical Demands / Environmental Conditions
Move up to 20 lbs.
Sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
Work in damp and/or dusty locations, confined spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways
Go up and down stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles
Operate a motor vehicle safely
Maintain vehicle and equipment clean
Wearing personal protective equipment, including OSHA‑compliant respirators
Perform detail‑oriented activities at close distances
Tolerate varied environmental conditions, including extreme heat or cold
Flexible with working hours, including some evening and weekend work, rotating on‑call schedule, and extended (50‑60 hours/week) during peak season
Travel Requirement
Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s)
Pay Range Yearly: $67,000.00 - $80,000.00
