Key Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for payment systems and ecommerce platforms
Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define payment workflows (card, digital wallets, gateways, POS)
Support integrations with payment processors, gateways, and third-party systems (OMS, ERP, fraud tools)
Analyze transaction flows including authorization, settlement, refunds, and chargebacks
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams
Participate in UAT, validate test cases, and ensure business requirements are met
Ensure compliance with payment standards such as PCI-DSS and security best practices
Required Skills
Strong experience in Payments domain (cards, gateways, digital payments, POS)
Experience in Retail/Ecommerce platforms and order lifecycle
Knowledge of payment integrations, APIs, and transaction processing
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong stakeholder communication and analytical skills
Preferred
Experience with global payment systems and multi-currency environments
Exposure to fraud prevention and risk systems
