With continued growth across our business, Daniels Health is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Chicago, focusing on Sales recruitment.
In this fast-paced role, you’ll partner with leaders to deliver full cycle hiring for Sales roles and support other corporate functions. You’ll attract top commercial talent, build our employer brand, and drive hiring outcomes that support business growth.
What you will do
Manage the recruitment process end-to-end: from initial intake, advertising, pre‑screening and selection, to interviewing, scheduling, reference checks through to making the offer and producing the contract.
Support stakeholders on the onboarding of new recruits; ensure a seamless experience.
Liaise with hiring managers regularly on their recruitment needs, assist in developing new requisitions and position descriptions.
Provide best practice advice and support on all matters relating to recruitment, especially compensation review, interpretation of psychometric assessments, and objective analysis.
Facilitate exceptional relationships with stakeholders, supporting them on recruitment needs.
Conduct research on HR/Recruitment topics and issues as required.
Qualifications
1‑5 years’ recruitment experience, agency or in‑house, with a strong focus on sales hiring.
Confident, persuasive communicator who builds strong relationships and influences outcomes.
Highly organised, able to manage multiple roles and deliver at pace.
Commercial mindset with a strong focus on results and candidate experience.
Quick thinking, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Professional, discreet, and trusted with confidential information.Committed to inclusive hiring and aligned with company values.
Solid MS Office skills across Word, Excel, and Outlook.
